I am an athlete.

My body is my temple. My legs drive me through the world's toughest defence. My core twists and turns and helps me fight for every last inch of whatever arena I conquer today. My feet move like lightning and my hands grab and hold on to whatever it is I need to claim victory.

I'm all-in, all the time.

But none of that matters if I can't focus. Speed is nothing without control. Agility is nothing without timing. Endurance is nothing without clarity.

I am an athlete.

But I am nothing if I can't keep my head in the game.
